We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, make changes, modifications, or omissions to the current terms and conditions in this policy. In these instances, we will post a notification online regarding these changes. It is in your best interest to reread our new policy to understand the changes that have been made, and to decide whether you agree with the changes. By continuing to use SavExplore.com after the changes have gone into effect is a tacit agreement that you agree with and will abide by the new terms and conditions, and you are legally bound to follow these updates. If you do not agree with the changes that have been made, you must stop using our services immediately.

You agree to only use our services in legal, moral ways, and you further acknowledge that your use will not infringe upon the rights of SavExplore.com, our users, our affiliates, or any Intellectual Property laws. You will not restrict the use of or make hardships for other users of our website. You will not harass or bother other users, nor will you send unsolicited emails to them.

SavExplore.com is to be used for informational purposes, for instance price comparing, or for making legitimate inquiries or requests regarding the services we offer. You agree not to make false requests, send spam emails, or attempt to disparage our services by offering links to similar services on our website. You agree that you will not employ the use of robots or other malware means of harvesting and storing information.

You may not provide a false or dummy email address when registering an account. You may not represent yourself to be another person, company, or entity. You may not create more than one account on SavExplore.com.

We have the right to delete your account at any time, and without prior notice, if we suspect that any of these terms have been violated.

Contributing Content

We welcome user feedback and therefore have created many ways for you to contribute content to our website. You may write reviews of products and services, make comments to existing articles, upload pertinent pictures in certain area, create a user profile, and rate other users’ content contributions. Your uploaded content may at some point be used by SavExplore.com for display, advertising and/or promotional purposes, or to be used as a base to create new content or material.

By posting content of any kind on our website, you grant us the rights henceforth to use the posted content in any way we see fit, and you understand that our use of your creation does not entitle you to compensation of any kind. By uploading any content onto our website, you are waiving any previous, current, or future intellectual property rights.

The content that you chose to upload is at your sole discretion and you assume the responsibility of that content. You are responsible for its accuracy, appropriateness, and its usefulness. You understand that you are responsible for any content that may contain personally identifiable information about yourself, and you assume any and all risks involved if you chose to upload this potentially sensitive information. You agree that any content that you upload is your own work, or you have license or authorization from the creator of the work to use it in this manner.

You agree that any and all content you upload follows the terms and conditions outlined within this policy, and that none of the content violates any third-party rights. You agree that your content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, privacy rights, or other form of patent belonging to another person or entity. You agree that your content will not contain immoral, illegal or offensive material, nor can the posted material harm others, nor does it violate any federal or jurisdictional laws.


You understand that SavExplore does not operate any tours or adventures but rather directs you towards service providers who do offer these things. We do not charge any fees to our users, and therefore we cannot be held liable for any damages caused from using our services or a service that we recommended. These damages include injuries, expenses, accidents, or actions taken by the proprietor of the service that we recommended.

We also cannot be held liable to those who are registered on our website as locals. Any advice they give to our users via our services is speaking of their own experiences, and we cannot corroborate the accuracy or the effectiveness of their advice. We cannot be held liable for any acts of infringement of intellectual property of our users.

If you have a complaint about any of the content on our website, or a complaint regarding our services, please contact our customer service team to make a complaint and they can help address the matter.

The terms and conditions of each of our tour operators will be different and not necessarily follow the same terms and conditions outlined here. We suggest that you read the Terms and Conditions policy of every operator that you are interested in working with.

Changes and Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made via the voucher you receive after you book your tour. Look for the “Cancel order” button to cancel your booking. There is a certain time limit within which changes and cancellations can be made, so please correct the changes as quickly as possible. If you are unable to make changes, then the change time has expired.

Some changes may require an additional fee that must be paid before the change will be placed in effect. You will receive a bill via email for these changes with instructions on how and when to make the payment.

SavExplore.com does not charge a fee for certain services, but this may change along with new trip details.

Refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days after the service has been rendered. All requests must be issued through an email to us, with the subject line reading “Refund Request” and then the order number of the service you are requesting a refund for (eg: Refund Request Order # 12345). We will not issue refunds over the telephone.

If you need to make a change to a day tour or a car rental, you must give us a 48-hour advance notice. Any other packages need to be given a 7-day advance notice. While we try our best to accommodate changes, we may not always be able to do so. In these instances, we will offer alternative options for you to choose from.

When you book a tour, you are able to select a pick-up time and location. If you are not at the designated location at the designated time, you are not eligible to receive a refund on your reservation.

If there is a scheduling conflict, or you are unsure of your pickup time or location, you can make updates by choosing the “edit booking” button in the email voucher you received. This information cannot be changed less than 24 hours before the departure time. If you did not receive a pickup location confirmation update, please call the telephone number on the voucher to make sure the update was accepted.

Some of our services require you to provide us with your flight information before booking that service. If you do not have your flight information at the time of the booking, you can choose to update that information at a later time. Please note that if your flight information is not turned in by the deadline, your booking might not be held. The deadline for flight information to be provided is 7 days before your arrival.

Changes on Independently Operated Tours

To make changes to the details of your trip please contact us for help.

Day Tour services and certain deals that are offered by independent operators on SavExplore.com can be cancelled within 48 hours from departure time for 90% refund. You can cancel these services by using the “edit booking” button in your email voucher. Please read the terms and conditions and the fine print of each deal to ensure that it is indeed refundable.

All Multi-Day tours are eligible for an 85% refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days from the departure date. A 15% service fee is assessed to cover arrangement costs. If a tour is canceled less than 7 days before the departure date, no refund can be issued.

If part of a tour is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control, such as inclement weather, a partial refund will be given. If the activities have been changed, a refund for the price difference in the cost of activities will be issued.

You may receive a full refund for car rental reservations if the cancellation takes place more than 48 hours before the departure time. You can cancel car rental reservations through the “Cancel order” button on my purchases or The button will disappear.

Hotel stays or other accommodations may receive a full refund if the cancellation takes place more than 48 hours before arrival time. These changes can be made by using the “Cancel order” button on my purchases or The button will disappear.

Any scheduled on the SavExplore.com website will be non-refundable unless the buyer has purchased cancellation insurance. In this instance, a full refund for the flight will be issued. If the flight in question was bought as part of a package, standard cancellation terms for day tours apply to this refund. If you need to cancel a private flight, you must contact your service agent.

If an entire tour is ever cancelled by the operator due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund. The only exception to this rule is if the cancelled tour has already been rescheduled once before. National or environmental disasters will also entitle you to a full refund.

If one of our third-party operators cancels a tour, SaveExplore has no obligation to find you accommodations or issue an inconvenience payment. The tour operator should take responsibility for helping you make plans.

Museum and Petting Zoos can be cancel within 24 hours notice in order to get a full refund.

Cancellation of Specialty Packages

You can make cancellations on specialty packages through SavExplore within 7 days of departure and still receive an 85% refund. A 15% service fee is assessed to cover arrangement costs. By purchasing cancellation insurance, or if the cancellation is made within 42 hours of it.

You may make changes to specialty packages at any time, but certain changes may be assessed a fee.

Specialty packages cannot be cancelled or have changes made within 7 days of the arrival date.


When you make online reservations for our services, a full payment is charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. In the instance of group bookings or specialty packages, you can make a payment of 15% down by contacting us via email. The remainder of the balance must be paid in full no less than 30 days before your arrival date, or your reservations may be cancelled and the 15% down payment will be kept.

In some instances, we will accept a 50% down payment when making a reservation. In these instances, the remainder of the balance must be paid in full no less than 30 days before your arrival date. Please contact us for details.

If you chose to make payments through a bank transfer instead of by credit card, you may make payment using the currency of your choice. Please contact us to discuss this option.

If a payment is made in foreign funds, we cannot be held responsible for a loss of currency exchange during transactions. We also cannot be held responsible for third-party fees such as bank fees or other fees involving monetary transfers.

Car Rentals

Any driver of rental vehicles must be at least 20 years old and have a current, valid driver’s license. For certain vehicles, the driver must be at least 23 years old. Proof of both will be required before the car rental contract can be signed. If a renter cannot prove both their age and their possession of a valid driver’s license, your rental may be denied.

Once the rental contract has been signed, a copy of the driver’s credit card and their license will be copied and stored on file. We advise the signer to read the contract before signing so that they are aware of the different types of available insurance, what that insurance covers, any risks involved with renting a vehicle, and other pertinent information.

In some instances, a security deposit may be required before the car can be picked up. This is completely dependent upon which rental agency you choose. The deposit amount will depend upon the make and model of the vehicle, how long it will be rented for, and other factors. The renter is responsible for contacting the car rental agency to discuss any questions relating to car rental policies. When the car is returned to the agency, the deposit will be returned to the renter as long as the car is in the same condition as it was in when it was initially picked up.

SavExplore.com cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during your travel. This includes any sicknesses or injuries. If there is a dispute between you and the car rental agency, it will need to be resolved between you and the agency. We cannot be held responsible for agreements you made with outside agencies or third-parties including car rental agencies or independently operated tours.


SavExplore.com and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for any of the following losses or damages that may occur from using our website, products or services:

SavExplore.com and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for sicknesses, theft, vehicle or machinery breakage, outbreaks of war or other political hardships, inclement weather, labor strikes, or other circumstances that are beyond our control.

All of the content and materials provided on our website belong to SavExplore.com and are protected under Intellectual Property Laws. This includes all text, logos, pricing, affiliated bonds, availability dates, and other related content. Us and our partners provided services on an “as is” and an “as available” basis. We cannot make any presumptions or promises of package or pricing availability. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding satisfaction of service, compatibility, and infringement.

At SavExplore.com, we try to be diligent regarding the accuracy and of the products and service we offer, and that our servers run at optimal capacity. Sometimes, we are not able to catch every discrepancy, so we therefore cannot warrant that the information contained within our website is completely accurate, that any defects will be detected and/or corrected, and that our services will always run free of interruption and will always be free of malware and viruses.

If any of the terms and conditions within this policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable within a court of law, those particular conditions will no longer apply to the user, but all of the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full effect while using our services.

SavExplore.com reserves the right to restrict, suspend or delete your account at any time, at our sole discretions, without any prior warning, and without giving a reason. We cannot be held liable for damages incurred from the sudden loss of our services.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access your account, our website, or use any of our features.

You may choose to delete your own account any time you wish by closing the account and by discontinuing to use our services. We reserve the right to continue to display any of the content that you have previously uploaded onto our website for as long as we wish, and we have no obligation to you to remove the content.
